Guarantee a tenant will be in place at the time of closing or we
will cover your payments until we find one.

manage the property for you. You pay us a small management fee
(usually 10% of the collected payment and half of the non-refundable
deposit on Lease Options).

Keep the property as long as you want, sell whenever you want. There
is no long term commitment required and no penalty/charge/fee when
you sell like you will have with most Realtors that manage
properties

Option B: The Handoff

Option Tenant or renter.

Still 65% to 90% LTV.

Guarantee a tenant will be in place at the time of closing or will
we cover your payments for up to 3 months while you find one.

You
manage the property.

You
keep as long as you want or sell when you want.

provide you with any local referrals that you may want or need.

Option C: The Credit Partnership

70% including repairs.
